Brie- and salami sandwich with arugula.

Whenever I visit Mariefred, I always try to get a hold of this delicious sandwich at a café called Blå Katten. I make my own version of the sandwich at home at least twice a month, but I make it with arugula instead of green lettuce. A stronger and stinkier brie/white mold cheese instead of a milder alternative and cognac smithwurst (I hope I got this right, but it’s cognacsmedwurst in Swedish and saucisse de Smithwurst au cognac in French) instead of salami since it’s more.. sour? If you’d tasted it before then you’ll know. And I usually buy a darker bread, but this will do since the store had none of the ones I use.
But fuck me was it still orgasmique!
